Albert Medina is the Broker of Record for Ocean Ridge Realty Florida and currently resides in East Boca. A Boca Raton native, Albert Medina attended Saint Andrew’s School for middle school and high school. Albert Medina is also a licensed Florida attorney in addition to being a Realtor. Before practicing real estate, Albert Medina graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Miami School of Law. Albert Medina makes sure to put every bit of his heart and soul into making sure we provide the highest possible degree of real estate services to our respective clients.
Denise Medina

Denise Medina is the star agent of Ocean Ridge Realty Florida and mother of the Owner and Managing Broker, Albert Medina. She has been a Realtor in the South Florida area since 2004 and resides in Woodfield Country Club. As such, Denise Medina originally moved to Boca Raton from Massachusetts in 1993 with an Associate’s Degree in Court Reporting. Accordingly, Denise Medina is an asset to her clients and customers, providing them with the utmost personal and impeccable service. Denise Medina goes above and beyond and is available day and night for her clients’ needs and prides herself on this.

After graduating from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Gil Chalstrom pursued a career with the Colony Hotel in downtown Delray. As such, Gil has lived in Palm Beach County for over 20 years. During his upbringing, Gil even attended Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton at the same time as Managing Broker Albert Medina did. A homegrown Floridian, Gil grew up exploring various regions ranging from Miami-Dade County to Martin County. Currently Gil lives in downtown Delray Beach and enjoys sharing what makes Delray and the surrounding towns such a special place to be. Born and raised in Boca Raton, Michael obtained his undergraduate education at Palm Beach State College (B.A., Computer Science; 2022). As such, Michael works as a Free-Lance Computer Programmer. He has also been employed in several other sales-related capacities over the years. As the youngest of two brothers of Ocean Ridge Realty Florida Owner and Managing Broker, Albert Medina, Michael is the latest family addition to Ocean Ridge Realty Florida, LLC. Michael has been an active resident of South Florida for over two decades. In having done so, Michael brings a wide range of insightful and creative approaches to his labors. Concerning his hobbies, Michael is an amateur storm chaser and possesses a keen interest in meteorology and space affairs.
