A longtime native of the Boca Raton area, Albert attended both middle school and high school at Saint Andrew’s School before earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law. She brings more than 20 years of South Florida real estate experience, having earned her REALTOR® license in 2004. Originally moving to Boca Raton from Massachusetts in 1993 with an Associate’s Degree in Court Reporting, Denise has built a respected reputation for delivering exceptional results and personalized client care. As the youngest of two brothers of Owner and Managing Broker Albert Medina, Esq., Michael is the newest family member to join the firm, where he contributes fresh insight, creativity, and a strong work ethic to the team’s collaborative approach. A longtime resident of South Florida for more than two decades, he offers clients a unique blend of local knowledge, technical expertise, and personalized service. Outside of his professional endeavors, Michael is an amateur storm chaser with a strong interest in meteorology.

Gilbert Chalstrom is a licensed Florida REALTOR® with deep roots in the community and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. Born and raised in Florida, he earned a Bachelor of Science from Lynn University in Boca Raton and began his career with the Colony Hotel in downtown Delray Beach, where he developed a background in hospitality and exceptional customer service. Alongside his real estate work, Gilbert also serves as a Substitute Teacher at Saint Andrew’s School and as a Dispatcher for Hop-A-Jet Worldwide Jet Charter. A longtime Palm Beach County resident for over 20 years, he grew up exploring regions from Miami-Dade to Martin County and attended Saint Andrew’s School in Boca Raton at the same time as Ocean Ridge Realty Florida Owner and Managing Broker Albert Medina, Esq.
